Playback Settings
How video behaves, and which parts of it you control.
Quality
Titles are served as a single progressive MP4 rather than an adaptive stream, so there is no quality ladder to select. Your browser buffers as bandwidth allows; on a slow connection playback waits rather than dropping to a lower resolution.
Autoplay
An episode begins playing when you open its page. Browsers block autoplay with sound until you have interacted with the site, so the first episode in a session may need one tap to start.
Selecting Next episode loads the next one and plays it the same way. Nothing plays automatically while you are browsing.
Resume
Playback position is carried in the page address, so a resume link returns you to the exact second. Automatic resume across devices needs an account service and is not available yet.
Subtitles and audio
The catalogue does not currently supply subtitle tracks or alternate audio. Where a title includes them, the selector appears in the player's own controls rather than in a separate menu.
Data use
A typical 20-minute episode is 150–350 MB. On a metered connection, pausing does not stop buffering — closing the tab does.
