What we collect

Three categories, and nothing beyond what the service needs:

• Account data — the email address and password you register with, and your profile names.
• Playback data — which titles you open, where you stopped, and whether playback failed. This is what makes resume and diagnostics work.
• Technical data — device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and error logs.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store payment card details — the service is free to stream while the catalogue is in preview. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell playback history to anyone.

Why we process it

To authenticate you, to remember where you stopped watching, to choose what appears on the browse page, to diagnose playback faults, and to detect account sharing and abuse.

Stored on your device, not on a server

My List and your theme preference are kept in your browser's local storage. They never reach us, do not sync between devices, and are removed when you clear site data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and for 30 days after deletion, so an accidental deletion can be reversed. Playback data is kept for 24 months. Technical logs are kept for 90 days.

Sharing

Data is shared with infrastructure providers who host the service and deliver video, under contracts limiting them to that purpose, and with authorities where the law requires it. There is no other sharing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and history to be deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days and go through the grievance contact.
