Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

Flixmaal carries adult content throughout. Every title in the catalogue is classified A — restricted to viewers aged 18 and over. You must be 18 or older, and of legal age in your jurisdiction, to create an account or stream anything on the service.

If you allow another person to use your account, you are responsible for ensuring they meet the same requirement. Accounts found to be accessible to minors are suspended immediately and without notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Profiles within an account are intended for members of a single household. Sharing credentials outside your household is a breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

The following are not permitted on the service:

• Redistributing, re-hosting, mirroring or publicly performing any title streamed from Flixmaal.
• Downloading by any means other than a feature we provide for that purpose.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, age verification, profile locks or any other access control.
• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or reselling access to the service.
• Reverse engineering the applications, or interfering with their security or delivery.

4. Content and availability

The catalogue changes continuously. Titles are added and withdrawn as licences begin and end, and no title is guaranteed to remain available for any particular period. Removal of a title is not a breach of these terms.

Flixmaal indexes and presents content licensed by third parties. Rights in each title remain with its producer or originating platform.

5. Service changes and interruption

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service — maintenance, upstream outages and network faults all cause interruption.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used by a minor, or where required by law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flixmaal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We will give notice within the service before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Flixmaal after that point means you accept the revised terms.
